Do we need to submit prediction results to Final Phase?
What do you mean "no submission" described below?
Final phase (no submission, your submissions from the previous phase are forwarded.
That is the codalab's mechanism, and in fact nothing you need to do.
I'll check submissions during the development phase.
I made a final submission because it said 1 submission for today before reading your comment. I hope it does not matter
