Dear organizers,
If some variety is not in stage3 data, does it (almost) always mean that it is discarded variety?
In other words, there is no case when in stage1 and stage2 some variety is so good that doesn’t need more testing and is directly promoted to commercial variety without another year of testing (wild guess V152440 could be such variety)?

I solved the problem. It was a bug in the code.

Just an additional note, since you picked this up. There is a possibility that some stage I varieties directly make it to stage III
