I tried to submit the sample bundle but if failed with "IOError: File /codalabtemp/tmpRNmg_D/run/input/res/prediction.csv does not exist".
However, there is obviously a 'prediction.csv' file there.
The problem with your submissions is that the results files are within a folder. This must not be the case. The zipped submission folder must only contain the files. So, when you create the zip archive make sure that you select the actual files and not the folder containing the files.
