I am using the CLASS 2014 STAGE 2 csv data.

Can you please confirm that your prediction.csv has 1093 varieties?

i am getting 1194 not 1093. Probably i am not using the correct data set. Which dataset we need to run our model against?

Your results need to have predictions for all the non-check varieties in the Stage I data. You should use the Stage II data to refine these predictions. There are 1093 unique non-check (CHECK = FALSE) varieties in the Stage I data
