Development Phase

Description: Participants who have downloaded the Starting Kit can start developing the Machine Learning Model for Substation Extraction. - End: June 7, 2021, midnight.
Testing and Submission Phase
Start: June 7, 2021, midnight
Description: In Test Phase, the developed model is tested with Test Data and the output generated is submitted in the prescribed format. The 'Test Data' can be downloaded from 'Test Data' tab. The participant is expected to submit the product, i.e. extracted sub-stations from test data in raster format (3750x3750 image in the Single Bit Binary form where Substations pixel values should be ‘1’ else everywhere ‘0’). The submission should be a bundle of files (in zip format) containing the output image (single bit image in numpy array i.e .npy format with the filename out_imgds.npy), the Source Code developed along with installation procedure, a paper for possible inclusion in the proceedings. - End: July 31, 2021, midnight.
