Overview

This is the official evaluation server for ActivityNet-Entities dataset on the object localization task. More info: https://github.com/facebookresearch/ActivityNet-Entities Note that this is NOT the evaluation server for the 2020 ANet-Entities challenge (they are here instead: https://github.com/facebookresearch/ActivityNet-Entities#evaluation-servers).

Evaluation

Details on evaluation metrics are in https://github.com/facebookresearch/ActivityNet-Entities#evaluation-metrics. Formal definitions are in Section 5.1 Metrics and Section A.2 in the paper. We use an old version of eval script as in the ANet-Entities dataset repo (i.e., w/o F1_all_per_sent and F1_loc_per_sent). Please read the Phases Tab to see the result submission instructions. You can submit results on either GT sentences, proposed sentences, or both.

Rules

You may submit 1 submissions every day and 5 in total on the (public) test set.

This challenge is governed by the general ChaLearn contest rules.

Description: Note the submission file has to be named submission_gt.json if using ground truth sentences and submission_gen.json if using generated sentences. Participants can submit either one file or 2 files.
