Description: During development phase the participants get access to the data and offline develop their solutions.
Validation
Start: July 9, 2018, midnight
Description: During validation phase the participants have the oportunity to test their solutions on the online server.
Testing
Start: Aug. 10, 2018, midnight
Description: During test phase the participants submit their final results to the server and the fact sheets describing their solutions to the organizers.
