> How to define 'Max submissions per day' ?

As we all know, the competition ends at Aug. 18, 2018, 7 a.m. UTC and we can only submit twice per day. Does the last day start from Aug 17, 7 a.m., or Aug. 18, 0 a.m.?
For example, we submit results twice at Aug 17, 23:59. Could we take another submission at Aug 18, 2 a.m. ?

It should be based on UTC time.
