I can't submit my prediction.zip file. It's always showing submitting and I'm sure the name of the file is correct.

Since the entry is fixed, I've tested my model by the result turned out to be poor. And I've tested several models such as NPA and FIM, but the score is never higher than 55 enven though they perform well in validation set, I wonder if you have the same problem?
